Door 5 - The candy cane
Tomorrow is Santa Claus and what must not be missing in your boot? A little candy, of course. That's why we knead a sweet candy cane today - and that's not only super simple, but your OHKnete candy cane also smells really good of raspberries and cherries. Who can say that about their kneaded candy cane? :)
That's how it works:
You take your red dough and knead it properly. Then roll them between your hands or on a flat surface into a thin "sausage". You repeat the whole thing with your blue clay. Then you put the two rolled strands together and twist them into each other. For that, you can just take an ending and spin it over and over again. You do this until you like the pattern. Finally, flatten the two ends so that they get a round shape and bend the lower end (you can decide which end it is :D) upwards a little so that you get the typical shape of a candy cane. Voila!
