Advent calendar: Door 19 - The Advent wreath
Door 19 - The Advent wreath
You need:
your green OHK nets
your red OH nets
your yellow OHK net
your orange OH nets
cutting tool
That's how it's done:
First you roll a ball out of your green dough, which you then flatten on a smooth surface. Alternatively, you can use a round object of your choice to cut or punch out a circle. You can carve a kind of fir tree pattern on the side with a cutting tool.
Use the red clay to form four candles. To do this, simply roll out a long, not too thin strand between your hands or on a smooth surface and divide it into four parts. The parts do not necessarily have to be the same size, because the fourth Advent is already over and all the candles on our Advent wreath have already burned. But you can decide that on your own, just as you like it better. You now place the four candles from your red dough on your Advent wreath.
Now it's your turn to put orange dough. From it you form the flames. Roll four small balls out of your orange dough and shape them into drops or a flame. You then place these on your candles.
Finally, you can use your yellow play dough to set a few small highlights on your Advent wreath by forming mini balls out of it and distributing them unevenly on your Advent wreath.
