No.2 Emil on the run!

Bang! Heaven! Startled, I clung to the mane of the horse I was riding. It galloped wildly across a vast desert landscape. That couldn't be true, where did I end up this time? I just couldn't help it and put my fingers back in them light green slime plugged.
You probably guess why, right? I was longing for a new adventure, but waking up in the middle of a wild hunt was almost too much of a thrill! The wind roared through my hair. The sand rubbed against my face. The heat was unbearable. Luckily I had a hat on my head! A cowboy hat mind you! I cautiously peered behind me. "Who's actually following us?" I said aloud to myself.

"Huge-cheeked monkey toads!"

I almost fell off the horse's back! Who said that? And what were giant chubby monkey toads?

Turning back again, I saw her. They were really mighty big, looked like monkeys but moved like toads and had the widest face you can imagine. With one jump they covered several meters and came closer and closer to us! "I can not believe it!"

"Yes, there is, and it's galloping behind us!" came the voice again, and this time I noticed who was speaking.

It was the horse! "You can talk?" "You too, right?" I shook my head in amusement. "And what do we do now?" "Escape, what else?" "But they will catch up with us in a moment! You should run faster!” The horse snorted. "You have claims! How about instead if you also contribute something to our escape?" "How?"

The horse remained silent. I looked down at myself. What was actually in the backpack I was carrying on my back? I pressed my legs tightly to the horse's body and freed myself from the straps. Then I put it on the wrong way round so I could look straight inside. It was filled to the brim with glowing red magic slime! I reached in and pulled out a handful.

"On the hooves!" I shouted loudly. the Slime flew out of my hand and split into four parts. Then he darted down and wedged himself under the horse's hooves. Suddenly the horse jumped far forward with every step like a rubber ball. Boing! Boing! Boing!

"Hey! What's that about? I'm not a kangaroo!"

"We'll make much faster progress this way, don't be shy! The horse grumbled and kept bouncing. I reached into the again Slime. "Opaque toad glasses!" I then yelled, throwing the gooy thing backwards. The slime shot up to the toad monkeys and got bigger and bigger then it divided into five and formed into huge glasses that covered the eyes of the toad monkeys at the same moment. Now they couldn't see us anymore, but they still didn't give up. Resolutely, I reached into the red mass for the last time. A big grin was on my face. "Tickle Attack!" I yelled and read it Slime Come on. He dashed to our pursuers and began tickling the five toads in turn. He was so fast that you could hardly see him. A bubbling, deep roar came from the toads' mouths and before long they were laughing their heads off. Now they just tumbled and wobbled through the sand. The horse stopped.

"Emil!" suddenly called one of the toads. "We just wanted to tell you that your shoelace is untied!"
